If you find an item that Nixon currently offers on its website, or Nixon-owned retail store, being sold for a lower price by a comparable retailer, we will match that price. If we mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we'll gladly adjust the sale price at your request if the request and the reduced price are within 7 days of your purchase date. The following conditions are required for a Nixon price match:

  • The item must be identical to the product offered by Nixon (e.g., the same color and size).
  • The item must be available (i.e., in-stock) at the comparable retailer.
  • You must be able to provide adequate proof of the lower price being offered. Proof of the lower price can only come in the form of a digital ad, be dated no more than 30 days before the date of purchase, and must be provided to Nixon through e-mail in order for price match to be honored.
Exclusions to Price Match Policy (Sorry)
  • Nixon is unable to match prices from auction sites (e.g. eBay), outlet and discount stores (e.g. TJ Maxx), flash-clearance sites (e.g. Rue La La), or global third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Alibaba, etc.).
  • Additionally, other retailers' special discounts, sale promotions, items that comparable retailers have listed as clearance, close out or liquidation, loyalty & points programs, shipping offers, and gift card offers are not eligible for Nixon price matching.
  • Price Matching Policy does not apply to comparable retailer pricing shown from 8 days prior to Thanksgiving Day through the 8 days after Thanksgiving (i.e., Black Friday and Cyber-Monday Sales).
  • Nixon will price match one item per customer per day.
  • Nixon will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in Nixon stock.
